All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions and images. However, we do not guarantee that your device’s display will reflect the actual color or texture.
Custom orders or made-to-order items may not be cancelled once confirmed.

4. Payment & Pricing

We accept payments via secure payment gateways integrated into our Shopify platform.
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be shipped as per timelines stated on each product page.
Delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., courier issues, weather, etc.) are not our responsibility.
Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer will result in failed delivery. No refunds will be processed in such cases.

6. Returns & Refunds

We have a strict no-return policy unless:

The product is defective or incorrect
You raise a claim within 48 hours of delivery
You provide a mandatory opening video showing the issue clearly
