Exchange Policy – Smart Sakhi

At Smart Sakhi, each of our products is lovingly handcrafted with attention to detail and care. While we aim to deliver a flawless experience, if there’s ever an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Important Note:

We do not offer returns or monetary refunds. However, we do provide exchanges in specific cases, as outlined below

Eligibility for Exchange

We offer exchanges only in the following situations:

The product received is damaged

The product has a clear manufacturing defect

To request an exchange, please:

WhatsApp us at 7038877707 within 24 hours of receiving your order

Include your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, clear photos, and a video of the unboxing

This helps us understand and verify the issue quickly and fairly.

Exchange Conditions

The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact

A video of the unboxing is mandatory for all exchange requestsIf the exchange is approved, the customer will need to ship the product back at their own expense

Once received and verified, we will dispatch the replacement promptly

Please Note

Slight differences in colour or finish may occur due to lighting and screen settings. As our products are handmade, minor variations are natural and not considered defects

Exchange requests made after the given timeframe or without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
